WARNING: Powered Paragliding can be extremely addictive

Powered Paragliding, as with any form of flight, carries potential risks including personal injury, property damage, or death. This sport can be as safe or as dangerous as you choose to make it. We STRONGLY recommend the purchase of professional training from a certified instructor before you attempt to use or fly Paramotor / Powered Paraglider equipment. Legally, you can train yourself, but your chances of an accident or death are greatly increased without quality, certified training. Choose instructors with experience in varied sites and conditions, and with the demonstrated ability to teach how to safely fly from locations you would like to fly from yourself. For the relatively low cost of Certified, Professional training from Paradrenalin, DON'T RISK IT!

Do your own independent research on which product(s) to buy. Most Instructors are also product Dealers and make a living from only selling specific brand products, often citing "safety", "quality" or other concerns for products they do not offer, to induce you to buy their products &/or training.  Paradrenalin does not sell essential PPG equipment, so our advice is less biased because we could recommend any brand of product. Equally, avoid PPG manufacturers who are not experienced PPG Pilots or Instructors, just fabrication shops, and may not have the PPG qualifications and experience to design safe equipment - Don't be a test pilot for an inexperienced manufacturer because design defects have caused incidents like this to happen ! (this pilot exhibited poor judgment, but was not seriously injured)

Beware of dealers/instructors who will only train you, or allow you to fly their training sites if you buy their equipment. Your money is probably their biggest concern, not YOUR SAFETY or the sport of Powered Paragliding.

Beware of purchasing used equipment,  Do it Yourself Home builder PPG kits, PPG Plans or anything for sale on Ebay at "cheap" prices .  You normally get what you pay for. Paradrenalin promotes only quality, value for money products, not "cheap" products. Paradrenalin will assist with free advice before you buy.

Be wary of Schools offering fixed position & turnaround winch tow instruction. As a beginner pilot, never get towed more than 10 feet from the ground, and a moving tow vehicle is the safest method. Winch towing shows a disproportionately high death rate.

Paradrenalin reserves the right to select which consumers they will or will not provide equipment or Training services to, based on our perception of the potential safety risk the consumer may pose to themselves or others. By purchasing any equipment related to flight such as a Paramotor or Paraglider through our recommended suppliers, it is agreed the purchaser has committed to undertaking professional training in the safe use of the equipment before attempting to use or fly the equipment, even if not legally required to do so.

Before undertaking any Tandem Discovery Flight or Training program, you are required to sign and agree to a Release of Liability & Waiver.  There is no Liability Insurance available to the sport of Powered Paragliding, or any PPG School in the USA including Paradrenalin. By purchasing any PPG related equipment, or participating in the sport in any manner, you agree to personally assume all risks.

Paradrenalin does not accept direct payment for any Paramotor/Paraglider or Package Deal products advertised on this website. All purchases and payments for those product s are to be made directly to the recommended supplier, who will fulfill & ship your order. Any product warranty or liability claims resulting from said equipment purchases are to be made directly to the product  manufacturer or supplier where original purchase was made.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Product Warranty
Black Hawk Powered Paraglider Warranty:
Each and every item that makes up a black hawk Powered Paraglider is fully warranted 100% for two years to the original purchaser from the date of original purchase of any factory defects. The following items are included in this warranty: cage, couplers, rods, frame, gas tank, harness, carabiners, throttle, motor mounts and motor mount plates. This warranty excludes any and all items that are damaged by the Pilot in launching, landing, flying or transporting or misuse of said Black hawk Powered Paraglider. The corsair 172cc engine and the Compact Radial engine 100cc, 313cc engines are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase from any manufactory defects by said Factories.  Any other products sold or offered by Paradrenalin contain specific warranties outside the scope of the Black Hawk warranty, details of which are available on request.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Exotic International LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Paradrenalin reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Paradrenalin reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Paradrenalin LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Paradrenalin without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Use of Site
