Dear Ennis,

On behalf of myself and the Moab Police Department, we would like to thank you, Ryan, Brian and Paradrenalin, for your assistance in our
Search and Recovery mission for Mr. Dave Brown, the weekend of
July 9-10, 2011.

From the very start, it was clear to us that this group of pilots was focused on the mission at hand, and that the safety of the community, as well as yourselves, was always a priority.  As a group, you were open to our suggestions,  and communicated effectively and appropriately with our department at all times.

Your selfless act ( on your own time/dime),  helped to provide the family and friends of Dave Brown, an additional level of ‘closure’ in ensuring that all avenues in the Search and Recovery process had been thoroughly exhausted.

The Moab Police Department thanks you all for your efforts, and for your offer to lend your assistance in the future, if needed.   We would without question, recommend your assistance in Search and Recovery to anyone who might inquire. 

With that, we would like to bestow upon you the title of  ‘Honorary Deputies’ of the Moab Police Department.
